Colorado Elopement Planner

Luxury Event Coordinator

Introducing an organic style of planning with an “I’m on it” feel that lets you savor the moments now, during the event and in the days after too. Why? Because even if there is no afterparty, the memories will feel like one because you’ll look back and remember the feel-good factor that comes from enjoying your own event, and not having to grin and bear it because you're caught up in the nuances that make it all come together.

Questions Joined Answers for a Stroll

Colorado Elopement Planner & Event Coordinator FAQs

If you’re here and asking this question, chances are you already know why — you don’t have the time or bandwidth to deal with the stress, communications, decisions, designs, logistics and full-time requirements that a beautiful event requires (and that list itself makes you tired!). To bring your favorite people together in a beautiful place for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, you need a little more than a text message and a potluck theme (although I’m down for potlucks making a comeback).

Why do I need a wedding planner?

A wedding planner typically tackles every single detail and task — from booking your venue to creating a budget, whereas a coordinator usually manages the day-of details or works with you in the month prior to manage last-minute communication and changes. With a coordinator, you’ll have to do all of the prep upfront, but they’ll arrive in the final hours, and at your event, to bring it together so you can enjoy all of the work you’ve put in. I offer both services, so it’s really up to how much time you have to put into the planning for a cohesive event.

What is the difference between a wedding planner and coordinator?

Is that a rhetorical question? Yes! I’m based near Telluride in a small town called Montrose, so I can handle all local logistics and planning, even if that means Facetiming you during venue visits so you can find exactly what you’re looking for.

Can you help us plan a destination wedding in Colorado?

Yes! I can customize my full-service package to apply to your micro Colorado wedding, booking the handful of vendors an elopement requires (like your photographer and perhaps a florist for a simple bouquet and boutonniere). I’ll help you figure out where to elope, and add that wow-factor with personal customizations for a ceremony that is on-point for your personality types and the narrative you hope to create with your elopement.

We’re interested in a Colorado elopement package. Can you help?
